Terms of delivery

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact us. After receiving the order, we check the stock balance of the product. Due to congestion in the online store, our stock balance may be updated with a small delay, so if a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email. Placing an order is binding, and cancellation of the order must be done immediately by email hello@indiesisters.com

We use SmartPosti for our packages, shipping fees are based on delivery destination. Nordic coutries and baltic 4,90€ other European countries 9,90€. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

All prices in our webshop include value added tax (VAT). The prices are shows in euros (€). There are no additional charges for taxes or custom duties on deliveries within the EU. The price you see at the checkout is the final price you pay.

Delivery time 

Delivery time depends on the destination of the order. The delivery will leave our warehouse in 3-5 days. You will receive a notification in your email when the package is on the way. 

Exchange policy

If you want to change your product to another size or color take contact first by email hello@indiesisters.com. Delivery of changed products will be charged with new delivery costs by customer. Pricing varies depending on the country of delivery.

Unclaimed delivery 

If the customer does not claim the delivery, the customer is responsible for all costs related to delivery and handling to the seller. For an unclaimed package, we charge a handling fee of 10 euros in addition to the shipping costs. 25% of the product price will be charged as processing costs for an unjustified return (over 14 days). Charging the handling fee is based on the right of the seller stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Broken shipment

We are not responsible for damage caused by the post office. If the shipment has been damaged during postal transport, IMMEDIATELY file a damage report with your post office and also notify us hello@indiesisters.com
